- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My surgery was done in 2012 and that is not why I'm upset. For 3 months plus I have requested my records. My doctors have requested my records many many many many times. No records no response and because of this I have been denied into pain clinic This is not right. No one has even contacted me as to why. It is 2016 and these were requested back in 2015.
